Bank of Baroda, invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of specialist officers (Finance/ Credit, Sales/ Relationship Management, Monitoring/ Processing of Loans) Positions.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Group Discussion/ personal interview. However, if the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online written test also. Bank may also conduct Psychometric Test/ Group Discussion, wherever required.
The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of one year of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria: CA/ ICWA/ MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent post graduation degree/ diploma from any AICTE approved institute. Candidates should have desired post-qualification experience in order to be eligible for consideration.
Candidates must ensure that he/ she fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for the post. Candidates must possess required educational qualifications from a recognized University/ Institute/ Board recognized by Government of India/ approved by Government Regulatory Bodies and the result should have been declared on or before 01-April-2018.
Age Limit As on 01-April-2018:
Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years for MMG/S II
Minimum 25 years and Maximum 37 years for MMG/S III
Minimum 28 years and Maximum 40 years for SMG/S IV

MMG/S II: Rs. 31705 x 1145 (1) – 32850 x 1310(10) – 45950/-
MMG/S III: Rs. 42020 x 1310 (5) – 48570 x 1460 (2) – 51490/-
SMG/S IV: Rs. 50030 x 1460 (4) – 55870 x 1650 (2) – 59170/-

Rs. 600/- for General/ OBC category candidates
Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates
