Legal Consultant: 5 Posts
Job Location: Mumbai
Educational Qualification:
Legal Consultant (Grade ‘F’)
Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years; and Master’s Degree / Ph.D in Law from a recognized university.
Legal Consultant (Grade ‘C’/’D’)
Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years; and Master’s Degree /Ph.D. in Law from a recognized university.
Age Limit:
Candidates applying must not be below 30 years and above 45 years.
Application Fee:
Candidates applying under General and OBC categories will have to shell out Rs 600 while Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Selection Procedure:
Selection will be done through interview only. Familiarity and capability of the candidate to deal with issues relating to Banking Regulation Act, 1949, RBI Act 1934 and FEMA ,1999, etc., inter alia may be judged during the interview.
