Important instructions and general guidelines for Students

● Applicants must read the eligibility conditions given in the Prospectus 2017-18 (Table 3) carefully on University website and must satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the admission before filling the application form. Candidates shall abide by the rules & regulations of University mentioned in Prospectus 2017-18.

● Online Application forms will be available from 22/05/2017, 11.00 am to 15/06/2017, 5.00 pm on the University Website: http://www.spuvvn.edu/students_corner/admissions

● For important Dates about Centralized Admission Procedure applicant should refer to page no. iv.

● No Form shall be accepted after 15/06/2017, 5.00 p.m. The University will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss. Late, incomplete and defective applications will be summarily rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

● Applications submitted in any other than prescribed format (including old format) will not be accepted.

● Any incomplete form shall not be entertained and no communication shall be made in this matter.
Applicant desirous of registration for more than one PG Programme/PG Diploma programme will have to submit separate prescribed application form for each programme with separate registration fee.

● The applicants are requested, in their own interest, to retain a photocopy of the Application Form.
Applicants are requested to visit University website regularly for updates regarding central admission process. No personal communication will be sent for admission process (counseling).

You must have Mobile Number and Email ID to get Application number and Password for registration process to fill online application form. Having completed the Registration, you are advised to change the Password using the “Change Password” option.

● After completion of Application Form, you will be directed to the payment gateway to pay processing of application for admission fees of Rs. 150/-through online mode only. (Payment shall be done through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking). The processing of application for admission fees will not be refunded.

● The applicants can fill the application form from anywhere but if the facilities are not available at their end, then the applicants can contact the help centres forfilling the application form free of cost. Help centre information is available on Page number 49.

● After filling the form the hard copy of the form along with the self attested necessary documents be submitted to The Registrar, Central Admission Cell, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar – 388 120, Dist: Anand (Gujarat) by post or in person during office hours (10 am to 5.30 pm) on or before 15th June 2017, 5pm.

● The application shall be treated as valid only after the receipt of the hard copy of application form with necessary self attested documents in the University, in failure of which the applicant shall lose his/her right to be included in the merit list.
