Soyabean Tikki Recipe

Soyabean Tikki are the healthy croquettes made with soya gobbets and textured vegetable protein along with the potatoes and spices. These are the most succulent and healthy tikkis, which are great to serve as a snack dish with chutney or sauce.
Constituents

2 mugs big soyabean gobbets
1 mug small soyabean
4 medium size potatoes( boiled and hulled)
5- 6 green chillies diced
1 inch gusto diced
4 cloves garlic diced
tsp red chilli greasepaint
1/4 tsp turmeric greasepaint
tsp coriander greasepaint
tsp garam masala greasepaint
tsp cumin greasepaint
1/4 tsp chaat masala
Fresh cilantro diced
swab to taste
oil painting to deep shindig
How to make Soyabean Tikki

Mash the boiled potatoes and keep away.
Boil big and small soyabean, drain the water and permit to cool.
Mash the boiled soyabean in a big coliseum.
Combine the mashed potatoes, swab, gusto- garlic, green chillies and all the spices along with the diced cilantro.
Mix well, take little bit of oil painting in your triumphs and make small round or spheres shaped tikkis.
Heat sufficient oil painting in a visage.

Deep shindig 2- 3 tikkis at a time until turn into crisp golden brown in color.
Drain on oil painting spongy paper and serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
Cook Tips

You may either shallow shindig the tikkis or can rally them in the roaster or you may also make them on the hot griddle with little quantum of oil painting.
If the admixture is too soft and you aren't suitable to make the round tikkis also use breadcrumbs to make good structured tikkis.
Always make Similar type of tikkis on medium high honey and in medium hot oil painting, so that they will get cooked from outside and outdoors. If you're frying on extreme hot oil painting also they will be just fried from the outside and not from the inside.
