In this problem Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana helps you it is a health care program introduced by the Gujarat Government to help the poor people in adverse facilities. The scheme provide economic support to the below poverty line families living in Gujarat. After a time period the middle class families were also included.
Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana
The eligibility criteria for this scheme to get the benefits:
- The annual income should be less than Rs 2.5 lakhs of the family.
- INcome certificate is mandatory.
- You can get the cover for 5 people including childrens.
More Additions in the scheme:
Apart from those families which are already included there are also some more additions in it:
- In the year 2016 U-win card holders were permitted to have benefits.
- In the year 2017-18 class 3-4 of the state government employees, reporters,and rural,urban Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) were added.
- Families senior citizens whose family income is Rs.6 lakh.

Claim Procedure
Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana is whole cashless process for all the expenses. As the diagnosis is completed the hospital staff will pre-sanctioned for the treatment. The beneficiary should give the identity card issued at the time when they registered for it. Then the hospital will start the next treatment.
As the treatment is done the hospital handovers the documents including medical bills, discharge summary, physician certificate. The process is transparent and transaction of the claim amount is settled by RTGS.
